Founded in 2018, Chain Valley is dedicated to supporting early stage (incubation, pre-seed, seed, private) projects across the Blockchain & Web 3.0 space, including DeFi, Metaverse/GameFi, NFT and infrastructure layers.
The Team
The team has extensive experience in the blockchain & crypto space as both investors and power users. Our diverse understanding of the global markets in addition to our combination of skill sets in finance both CeFi & Defi, business development and marketing put us in a unique position to evaluate and invest into different projects across the globe.
William Xu
William is a serial entrepreneur in fintech and blockchain. He founded a credit assessment company and was listed in China’s OTC Equities Exchange. He has deep understanding of blockchain technology and founded one of the early blockchain lab in China in 2019. He incubated several early stage blockchain projects in web3 and Defi.
Jeff Lin
Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the field of financial technology. Served as a consultant, architect, senior expert and CTO for institutions such as Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, Alibaba’s Alipay, and a Hong Kong-listed holding group, responsible for building and implementing technical systems.
